Hi eveyone,I have the DNA stage 1 and 2 filter on my xt660z. I also have an akrapovic single can and a power commander V with a custom map for this setup.
I am considering getting a DNA stage 3 filter, I think I would need a new map for the PCV to allow for the stage 3 but would appreciate your opinions?
Also, would the stage 3 make the bike even more loud than it is with the Akra single can. I have blocked off the AIS to minimise the back fires!

You will need to load a new map to make the most of the stage 3 cover as it significantly increases the air flow over the stage 2 setup.

Fitting a stage 3 cover won't make the exhaust any louder, but there will obviously be a little more induction noise.

I have a LV cans, and after fitting stage 3 i have noticed that noise has change. Different tone and a bit louder. Especially if you open throttle rapidly and then close it can sound like a 12 bore shotgun :-)
