Continental Road/Sport Attack review wanted

Hi all,
looking around for new tyres on my 2007 XTX.
After the stock tyres and 2 pairs of Avon Distanzias, I am considering Continental, either Road attack or Sport Attack.
Any reviews appreciated.

I need to know the difference between
-Road Attack
-Road Attack 2
-Sport Attack

mind that here in Greece we get no more than 3 months of rain, while the rest of the time it is dry. Road type in my town is quite slippery and -sadly- far from European standards, which means I need a damn good road tyre to stick on old/slippery asphalt.
For those who have tried Pirelli MT60, this is what many Greeks prefer for these roads (only i don't like the looks of these ...at all). So wondering if any Conti's would be similar to quality.
Please help.

They're fine rubber, not amazing. If your roads are like they ones in Vasilikos then nothing will save you, they were like glass!

I used then on an R1 and were fine. I think they were Sport.

I have a Road Attack ll on the front of my 2005 X.
I like it, plenty of control, holds well. The bike is a good mix of responsive and stable. It certainly does not have the tippy feeling you get from the pilot power that was my last front. Mileage is about 3000km so far, I would expect it to go to 10000 but probably no more. I commute each day so around that figure I tuned to bake out tyres ( use up the heat cycles) anyway.

They are a single compound tyre that uses a progressive temperature curing to get the grip at lean angles, as opposed to other manufacturers dual and triple compounds. The tyre uses Conti's black chilli technology, also used on their bicycle tyres, which I also use and am very happy with.

I would be confident to use one again

I used ContiSportAttack tyres for about 3 years. Very good on the dry, quick warm up, handles well. On the wet they don't feel like you read the road well. Low mileage (about 8000km the rear, and about 15000-17000km the front). They are single compound, with all the advantages and disadvantages...

The RoadAttack & RoadAttack 2, I think they are two compound...Haven't tried them...

ευχαριστώ για τη γνώμη σου. Μάλλον θα καταλήξω στα Road attack II
