leaking fuel???

When I was tinkering today, I noticed that it seems like I have a small fuel leak coming from the tank.

It appears to be coming out of the bottom left screw housing that fixes the left hand (As you sit on the bike) plastic tank protector to the tank.

it is the whole without the hex bolt in. It only seems to leak however when you adgitate the screw fixing I.E putting the hex bolt in and out etc.

When ever you take the screw out you seem to get a small ammount of fuel fo,llow suit.

Any idea on A) how to fix?

B) if it could be anything else other than fuel?

Cheers

Chris
