Adjusting idle speed on 660 sm

Hi guys, been advised to adjust my idle speed to prevent the beast cutting out occasionally in slow moving traffic when I pull the clutch in. Any hints or tips as to how to do this? And any specialised tools req'd. Thanks in advance max
