Cracked Head gear frame
So , eventually , I found the rattle in my head light area !
Two tubes broken off , the tubes fit so nice and tight , its hard to see they are both broken off. So , strip headlight and electrics off reveals this : 
Made a Brace a tig welded it into place 
Done and sprayed
