Called the shop, told them which model I had and that I needed new brake pads for the rear. The ones I got were these:

Are they supposed to fit? I'd rather not go back and tell them they gave me the wrong ones and then it turns out I'm just an idiot

They are certainly different to the ones fitted to my 09 Tenere

might be a little late but the one i use are EBC FA208R

for reference if you are on the road, it is the same pad as a BMW F800 rear caliper, which are easier dealers to find normally
