high beam indicator on, no headlight on

Popped out for a ride this morning all good
Got on it to come to work, and the high beam indicator is on but I've got no headlight, the bulb looks ok the fuse is ok, and everything else Is working as it should,
Any ideas ??

Can you still turn main switch off and display light turns off? Try removing the lightbulb from headlight and check it, looking at it might look ok but the element wire could of broken...if it's blown replace bulb but becareful you don't touch the bulb glass

Low beam was on ok fine while out earlier, then on restart high beam indicator on and no low or high beam light only parking light

Sorted, broken earth wire on back of headlight,

Had this problem with mine and traced it to a loose wire in the block connector by the steering head just under the edge of the tank.
