Green lines in Hertfordshire??

Hello, as I am new here, I am looking for some ride outs in Hertfordshire.
Just got XT660Z and want to meet some more expirienced riders to show me some good green lanes.

Anyone from Herts??

Hi Welcome!

Not sure what you are looking for exactly?

is that Green Line buses?
or Green LANES?

I am making the assumption you are a novice green laner?

I am sure there are some local members in your area but make sure you have some decent tyres like TKC's or similar and have a good look at the forum for info on tyres etc.

You could go along to your local TRF meeting see www.trf.org.uk
for where they meet etc and learn something about off roading. There is lots of info on their website. they will also teach you how to find the "legal" lanes around your area as they will have a wealth of knowledge.

Hello,

thanks for reply.

Yes, lanes thats what I am after. I am not english so...here we are.

I have heard about TRF website and also was looking through Ordnance Maps in local shop, but as you said it is not always very clear which lane you can use.

Will contact my local TRF group and we'll go from there.

I am doing some research on the knobbies, probably one of TKC, Mita E-09, Michelin t63.

Many thhanks

Alternatively I can pick up 'green line' and go to victoria station for a change
