Foot pegs
Being 200+ cm tall I'm finding that riding while standing could be better, so I'm looking for some foot pegs that are lower.
I've only found a pair from swmotech and different sites claim different lowering, anywhere from -15 to -25mm Has anyone tried these? Are there any alternatives out there? |

I use the SW Motech pegs in the lower position and I can vouch for the fact that if you are longer of leg than average they are worth their weight in gold. They also have a much bigger platform both in width and depth. I'd thoroughly recommend them.

Great, just the kind of recommendation I was looking for! How tall are you btw?

Nowhere near as tall as you!
I'm 183cm, but I've got gangly legs! Lower pegs = more leg room = lower knees = more weight on feet = less arse ache. It works for me. |

And no scraping when driving a bit spirited in the corners on tarmac? I have raised the rear about 4cm so hopefully won't be a problem

Just to be sure, are these the ones?
http://www.motorradgarage.com.au/cat...8669e59d9a6309 I can't really see from the picture how they can be lowered Edit: Nvm! Found a better picture http://shop.sw-motech.com/cgi-bin/co...typid=65700691 Last edited by tacomodo; 06-06-12 at 22:42. |
