TT GPS Mounting Bracket fit?

Hi there,

Just curious as to whether anyone has had any experience trying to mount a touratech GPS cradle ( specifically the Garmin 60 series one ) on the existing above dashboard rail? Will it fit without hitting the windshield? Or is an extension of sorts required?
