John if you are serious about taking an insurance with eBike don't do it over the phone, please do it online clicking on the ebay banner on the top right, that way you will help the forum earning brownie points. Cheers

Important Announcement Regarding Ebike Insurances
This is to inform you all that we have given ebike insurance the boot, with no golden handshake but rather a kick in the ******, based on their underperformance with claims and customer service.

We gave them written notice and finally dropped all their banners and affiliations from our website and forum.
