Serviceable headers or fudged?

Is this header ruined or is it still serviceable? I'm unsure if it's just the gasket blown out or the header is rotten.

I'd soak well with a penetrating oil or similar overnight before attempting to remove any thing. But from the looks of it if the bolts don't snap off the the header will pretty much crumble once disturbed. Good luck.
