With the Plain just over an hour away and all the ranges not in use,I thought it would be rude not to have a nose around.
The first set of pictures were taken on the Larkhill/Westdown range...

Then I headed over to the Bulford rifle range and some nice grass byways..



A nice and easy 160 mile day and the sun was out....bonus.

If anyone fancies a bimble out on the all weather gravel tracks after the 7th of August (as the Imber range/village is open for viewing) then I'm sure we can sort something out.

I'm easy on dates.I can do Saturday 8th,Sunday 9th or Saturday 15th of August.
Also the bank holiday weekend,28th,29th,30th or 31st.

Will see what dates Jac is free but I'm sure we can work around the 9th.

I use the Golden Swan,Wilcot nr Pewsey for camping and also I think there are a couple of pub's in Pewsey that do B&B.
Pewsey is only 10 mins from the start point and is on the right side of the plain for the direction you will be coming from.
