Fueling

Hi.

I have a 2011 XT660X

I have a kev 02 controller mod fitted and have just fitted new Pipewerx cans and the kev fuel mod. No other mods as yet!

I have just returned from a test drive and my bike stalled a few times. Fuel mod was set at about one sixth open (1 o'clock position).

Does anyone have any recommendations as to how I can cure this?

Thanks.

Up your tick-over to ~1500rpm. It was probably last set prior to fitting O2 controller? It will need adjusting to match the richer state of tune now when in the closed loop.

Rev Counter

Thanks for the advice.

I have tried getting the rev counter up on screen; going into Diagnostics, CO mode, C1 and then making kill switch and cranking engine but at the point of cranking, the screen returns to normal mode - any thoughts?

Cheers

As mentioned your idle speed will be to low with all the mods, the rev counter will come up, go to the CO screen then crank the bike it will start & a rev counter will be displayed in the Odometer screen.

Rev Counter

Hi

Thanks, though rev counter still not being displayed:

Method I am using as follows:

Turn kill switch off,
Hold select and reset,
Turn on ignition, Diagnostic screen appears,
Press select to toggle to CO mode,
Hold reset and select to enter CO mode,
C1 appears at bottom of screen and a smaller 0 appears up and to the right,
Switch on kill switch,
Crank engine.

At this point, my LCD screen returns to 'normal' reading speed, trip and odometer.
