O2 mod query

Hi all,

After fitting O2 mod along with the improved engine performance and almost unnoticeable surging I experience occasional stalling when in city traffic.
I run a DNA stage 1 filter and have the snorkel removed.
Is it that the fuel mixture is too rich?
Any ideas?

Thanks

Your bike's going to be running richer than before in the closed loop, or rather it's not going to be running so lean - but that's all good, it's what is meant to happen.

I'd have a guess that your tick-over/idle speed was set prior to fitting the O2 controller and its then state of weak tune. Have you checked or adjusted it since fitting it?

Probably worth making sure the idle speed is well up into the 1400-1500 bracket as an easy thing to do first...

Thanks, mate. I will try that.
To answer Weeksy question - not yet. I have got Nitro X power commender and I'm going to connect it also.
Nevertheless I will need to fix the idle speed.

Will get back with the results.

Thanks.
