Would the Acerbis Rally Pro handguard fit the XT660Z ??

The problem is at the bar end if you are using OE handlebars. Because the ends are threaded for the weights they aren't a diameter that aftermarket hand guards and bar ends fit.

Ok, but I will have a renthal fatbar... So I guess it would be no problem then??

Couldn't answer as i've never used a fatbar so don't know the inside diameter. Normal Renthal are fine.

I fitted them on mine, did a litle modification and kept the original bar weights, but I am not impressed with the quality though. Cracked after one litle incident. I am going for the Barkbuster next time.

I have them on my moto, without the bar weights and with the standard bars. No extra vibration apparent.

They were on my moto when I bought it...to be honest I'd prefer bigger ones for extended road use to keep the wind/rain off my hands...not much protection for that sort of use compared to others I'd say.

I think off the road dot com maybe do a 'spoiler' to fit over these to make them bigger...must check and when I can be arsed.

In an off road application they're fine...does what it says on the tin as it were.

Try the Barkbuster Storm. Same ally spine as the ones on the adv-spec link, but bigger plastics.

I think the Barkbusters Storm are to clumsy for me...

Ohlins:
Yepp, with spoiler is probably better! Thanx for pointing me to offtheroad, they had better price! Didn't know they had Acerbis handguards. Do you have any pictures on the Rally Pro on the tenere?

Anybody tested the Acerbis Rally 3? They look quite nice also....

Im mostly riding offroad so I think the Rally Pro with spoilers would fit my needs. But if they crack because of a small hit, well then I don't know... :/

Thanks, that looks great! Nice Bike you have, would love to change forks on my also. Maybe next winter....

Does anybody know something about the Rally 3 handguards? They also looks pretty neat, but will the tolerate a hit to the ground? It says aluminium reinforcement, but I guess its not as tough as the rally pro?
