Angry Scratched side pannels

My side panels have been badly scratched, is there any way that these scratches can be removed? or is it going to be a bill for new plastics?

thanks, Techno

Well my suggestion for toothpaste works only on minor scratches, where there are deep cuts and plastic has been matterd by erosion there is little any product can actually do.
