Does your bike take longer to start with PC3 ?

This may all just be in my head... but my last XTX took fractionally longer, 1 more 1 turn of engine i guess to fire up than my first one...

Got my new red one and that fired up quickly as per the first bike... Fitted the PC3 and once again it seems to have now changed to 1 turn of the engine more than it was last week.

I know that may all sound a little weird.. but what do you lads rekon ?

Normal operation when using a PCIII.

The Fix, turn the key on & crank the bike before the fuel pump turns off & it will fire up first time everytime.

A PCIII uses the injector signal to power up, if the fuel pump stops the PCIII is turned off, it will then take a few turns of the crankshaft before it knows when to inject fuel.

So turn the key on & crank the bike straight away.
