Yes I can confirm it has been a problem for me too to get online, it was eventually resolved, this I think affected all Virgin Media clients.

I know. so am I and that is where the problem was. Now it's sorted. Their servers were not reading the forum DNS settings for some reason. They had to troubleshoot the issue and luckily all was ok after.
