Cool MTC cans

Hi all I am about to get mtc cans for my 2004 xtx and i can wait ,I would like to ask a question first.What is k+N stage 1 ? is it the paper filter? also do I have to change the co ? at the moment my engine is standard and I have change the co from 15 to 18

Stage 1 replaces the original air filter in the air box. DNA filters are popular replacements. Have a look here for a full list of mods...

Talking MTC cans

Hi again I just bought the cans (MTC) for my bike,Do I have to use exhaust paste between the joints and links before I pout them together ??

Many thanks for your order Yannis, I have already processed and your cans will be with you in 7 working days.

Regarding the paste I would say not really because even if there is a small leak, rest assured that withing a few days the exhaust soot will seal it automatically filling any possible gap, just make sure you fit them properly, its not that difficult, just don't fully tighten the clamps untill both cans are aligned with the bike's fittings and you are happy that they are both secured.
