Question Start my xt'evolucion, butttttttt .....

Greetings to all ....

Finally I am slowly getting what is necessary to modify a little my makina
K long time do not show up here, I explain a bit my case

I have a 2008 xt all standard, well without snorkel and the co-26
My intention is to put the LeoVince, filters stage 1 and 2 and the Power Commander
Now the problem is that I have some doubts about the various models of the famous ecu'sy lamba probe
My bike has 2008 probe, goes well but like many xt's is low-end flips. I've been reading some post but English and I ...

1 .- Someone can tell me if the power works well with the 2008 bikes?

2 .- Is there a specific map?

3 .- I have disconnect the tube?

4 .- I have the Co-26, as I can know the value standard?

I have read that several phenomena of the forum are making a patch but do not quite understand
Anyway here are some questions, hope someone can help me

Thank you very much for the creators of the forum and for all

Hello there!

Yeah, the bikes power delivery is fine through all the rev ranges when you open the throttle. It's the small throttle openings where there's a problem.

Some people can ride like it, others can't. It's all down to personal preference. It annoyed me and so I modified the bike to the point where It was fixed, but it wasn't an easy conclusion to come to in the first place.

There is no specific map. The best map is one produced on the dyno with the mods in place for your bike.
However, there are maps available from other bikes with similar mods that should hopefully come close.

I don't understand what you mean 'disconnect the tube'
Any chance you could explain a little better?

As for CO Settings, I don't believe that there's any specific straight from factory setting and they all come set differently. For example, when I got my bike it was set at 14, where as someone elses bike will most likely be set at something else.

Enjoy the bike!

When i was running with a DNA stage 1+2 + pc3 +CCC exhausts set up i used the simon kettle map i left the ais tube open and the lambda sensor connected and this made a huge difference to the way the bike ran (map available to subscribers free of charge) so well worth joining
mine is also a 2008 model
