            mefo explorers

             Anyone tried Mefo Explorers yet?
They look like a really good compromise tyre if you do a fair bit of dirt work. |

I think these are same with Heidenau K60, are they?
I just fitted some K60s today, but I'm 99% sure Mefo Explorers are just a different marketing for Heidenau K60... Anyway, for the moment i only did 5km or so back home on tarmac and compared to the Siracs i had before they seem to make the handlebar wobble a lot around 4000 rpm, on the siracs I could go no hands a lot but doesn't seem that's possible with the K60. Might have something to do with the fact that I changed them myself and the back had some issues setting properly on the rim. I haven't balanced the wheels either after fitting but might do it on Monday. |

Searched a bit more, Heidenau K60 seem to be Mefo SUPER Explorers and not the 'regular' Explorers.
