       Metzeler Enduro 3

Just had a pair of Metzeler Enduro 3 fitted today. First impressions are good: on tarmac they run smooth and stable with a slight tendency to drop into a cornern.
Took them on a short off-road track: firm sandy road and they provide sufficient grip; better then the Tourances. At least they offer more 'psychological grip' due to their nobby thread pattern. http://www.ascycles.com/images/produ...duro3tires.jpg Hope they will last a bit, cos I still do 90% of my riding on tarmac. Doesn't mind if they are good on tarmac, doesn't mind if they are good offroad. They look great! :smilies0346:
I do ride the K60. Believe me, even on tarmac you may be happy with the nobbies. Did you ever drive in the small streets of Amsterdam or Leiden? |

       Enduro 3 comparison TKC80's

I am off to Morrocco very soon and I am finding it difficult to obtain TKC80's at a good price here in Spain, however I have found the Metzler Enduros 3's at a good price. Does anyone know if these are comparable tyres for Road/Tracks and would they do similar mileage??

Enduro IIIs' are far more of a "road" tyre than TKCs', I would suggest Metzeler Karoo (T) in place of the TKCs'.
