You would have to machine the casings like I did to my XT, at least these kits are coming more available these days.

XT734 does sound nice.

As soon as I win the lotto Kev, can I send my bike up to your workshop and get you to build me a 734 xt motor with all the works, head, cam, everything. Then my life will be complete. Pencil me in mate I'm feeling lucky.

All the details you need, you would need to machine 2mm out of the casings to fit this cylinder.
