Thanks for the info - Very helpful, I just installed mine follwoing your advice/photos.

One slight word of warning, i've just been round france/italy in some really hot weather and the adhesive under the velcor tab melted, rendering the bag a little unstable! I think this may also have been caused by me over tightening the harness under the seat thus putting too much pressure on the velco/adhesive pads, worth noting if your about to install.

Installed mine 7000 km ago.

no worries whatsoever.. although it's a bit tight so no always easy/fast to lock when I finished to fill the tank
