Looks quite like the FZR600 3HE as well, I'd need to check, which means I'd need to find the box that has the FZR600 3HE parts in...I may be some time...

Bearings

Genuine Yamaha bearings are a horrfic price. The advice I have had is that SKF are best quality. Here are the part no's you need.

Front & rear : 6203-2RS http://www.bearingboys.co.uk/6203-2R...Bearing-1889-p

Sprocket carrier 6304-2RS http://www.bearingboys.co.uk/6304-2R...Bearing-1930-p

Thanks scottnet - presumably the front and rear bearings are the same, and the same each side of the hub? do you know how many you need? (two each wheel presumably?)

2 x 6203 for the front
2 x 6203 for the rear
1 x 6304 for the sprocket carrier

Excellent - thanks for confirming those Russ - I fear I'm going to be needing some of those when I get home!

Forgive me questioning Scottnet, but are you sure about the part number for the sprocket carrier? I had a look at the link above and it says the internal diameter is 20mm - shouldn't it be 17mm the same as the axle bearings?

It is 20mm ID, in the sprocket carrier there is spacer that reduces the ID to 17mm for the axle

It's always good to check

Aha, thanks for confirming that Scott, I wondered if that was the case - like you say, best to make sure xx

Me again...

Does anyone know the part numbers for the steering/head bearings... not that I need them yet, just wanting to cross reference the numbers though...

Many thanks,

Jenny xx
