Another Update.

I got a voicemail from Angel Assistance on Thu 6th Dec to say that because the other insurer is still claiming split liability (despite their customer accepting full responsibility for the accident) they can no longer help me. They also went on to say that I would need to deal with the other insurance company directly.

I phoned them back to let them know (again) that the other party had indeed accepted liabilty and was told that they would phone the driver directly and have a word with him. They also said the would phone me back to update me.

It's now Monday 10th and I've heard nothing. I'll chase it up again today but I'm not holding out much hope of getting my bike fixed this year...

mate any news, I'm with ebike too and if it really is bad I will be changing after it runs out, I also found that when they send the renewl it claims you get 5% discount if you renew it with them, I let mine expire and then reapplied as a result I got it about �30 cheaper than their so called loyalty bonus scheme (sham)...

Still no update. I was away over christmas and haven't had a chance since I got back to chase them up yet. I've almost given up and have started sourcing parts to fix it myself.

Marcinol.....GET A LAWYER ON IT.... there s many of them in the back page o the MCN... they`l be only too willin tae take it on because THEYL GET PAYED FUR IT...seek legal council... go tae the police if ye have tae and the car driver an get them tae sign a declaration... an gie this tae the new lawyer,, I can put ye ontae one if ye want he deqalt wi me, his email address is ye can gie him all these posts yeve made on here a`l bet he takes it on he did to me under recomendation....I had the s=exact same thing tae me wi a 95 dommie worth 1200 quid... it was only scuffed and wasnt hurted at all other than a wee shaking, an a got �3200 and the bike... and a did nuthin tae the bike as it was only scuffed.........William Sives
