Sorry guys I'm lost on this one. How do you seal a spoked wheel for a tubless tire? Won't the air come out the nut holes or is there some sort of seal that is fitted to cover them.

5000 miles from a TKC80?

I fitted a TKC80 to my XTR two or three weeks ago. The Sirac lasted about 3500 miles on the back and my guess is the Conti won't last as long. It had quite hard mixed use on roads and trails. If you are going to try and do 5000 miles I would fit a very thick innertube because you will be running on it for the last thousand miles.

There is some tap or something ive read about that you can stick to the inside of your wheel rims to cover up these holes and allows you to run tube less tyres on spoked wheels but cant remember any names or links.

Tubeless tyres can still be used with tubes but not vice-versa.

Still prefer a tube on a spoked wheel.
