A bit off topic but ive send my order on the 13.07 on email. Still no reply , is this normal?

CaptMoto 27-07-08 20:33

No its not normal but they are waiting delivery of link pipes which should be there sometime this week sorry about the delay.

Cheers

I guess so as I never got a reply from 2 emails and ended up phoning (her indoors did on my behalf)

To be honest if it wasn't for the fact that they are rated so highly on this forum and the price I would have gone else where.

That said I'm v pleased with mine now that I have them :) stick with it and go old skool use the phone.

Gentlemen

Without the needs for excusing Simon and :CCC: it must be appreciated that their cans are extremely popular and this forum's request have exhausted (no pun) their production. The thing is, they don't just make cans for the XTs but every other current production bike which is worth putting cans on! On top of that, they are running their BSB Racing Team and which is actually a very successful team that must be keeping them extremely busy, but as everyone has said, the quality of these cans is top notch, and at the price you pay for them thanks to our forum discount deal, they are worth every penny and certainly worth the wait.

We all want things now, but for certain good deals we have to be a bit patient. You can spend 600 on a set of Akraps and we've heard of a few with joints that crack, but we have never yet heard of a poorly made set of Carbon Can Co. that has suffered any type of failure.

And this is why I can sleep content that the product I am proud to sponsor won't cause me a lot of forum members to nag at me saying "Oi Capt, NOOOOOO!! these effing cans are sh|te, you basteed!"

I can do without that :D

Except for MM of course - he who could make a pigs ear out of a silk purse.

CaptMoto 27-07-08 22:36

That's because all the time he was ill-fitting the clamps and kept on snapping them, yet the cans were faultless and we all use the same clamps on our bikes but, we are not THICK are we?

Just to make some peoples minds up, ive a set of CCC SS full length cans and they are great, fit very nicely on my XTR, sound great, look amazing and are cheap compaired to other cans but dont loose any quality (so far, 6months). Ive loved ever minute of having them on my bike, they just make it should like it should do and also tidy up the looks as they are alot better looking then the standard cans.

I would phone in my order if i where you, as emails seen to get deleted or forgotten about, a phone means you get to speak to someone 1 2 1 and get the order in and confirmed.

They are worth the wait and you will not be dissappointed.

Well, I'm in my fifth week of waiting now and nothing but silence from CCC.

Same :-( Will thay take PAYPAL is my Question?

Rudderduck 22-08-08 13:52

Had a chat with Simon today and he told me they're still waiting for link pipes. Pipes are expected back in stock within 10 days, and back orders are shipped at the moment the pipes are bent.
And Dave, - Yes they accept PAYPAL.
