Help to start XT660X from 2007 without speedometer

Hello!
My name is Alexander from Athens, Greece and I've been robbed last week, they rob me all the front light, with speedometer and plastics, etc, and they also cutted the cables that goes to the speedometer.

So far, the motorcycle isn't able to turn on, and I am not sure why, that's the reason of this post.

I isolated all the cables, and also tried the red key. I can hear the fuel pump when I turn the key on but I can hear the starter motor working but without any luck. The motorcycle has gas, and the fuses seems OK too.

Do you know if it's possible to do something about it?

This motorcycle in greece with 60k kms, costs about 2500 euros and to buy OEM parts brand new from the front light and speedometer, is about 1300 euros. Used front light, posted on the internet, are stolen (most of them) and I don't wanna buy. I'd rather use an aftermarket front light from China and buy a speedometer in the future.

Thank you in advance! I am desperate to put it back on the road.

UPDATE: I think when they removed the front light and speedometer, they cutted the cables and created a short circuit, so a few fuses blew and maybe I need to troubleshoot all the starting system. Anyone has a clue if this bike works at all without the dashboard?

Thanks!!

So yeah.. I think the speedometer is a critical part for the immobilizer. Do you think is there any way to bypass it? Joining some cables maybe?
