electric problem

I have an electrical problem on my xt660ZA
I have on the brake light wire 3.5 v constantly when the ignition is put on
I controlled the fuses, my relays, the beam but I can not find anything
When I remove the relay from the abs the voltage drops to 0.3 V.
I do not think it's normal

i search the wiring diagram of the xt660ZA ...

and someone with an xt660za could check the tension on the brake light wire
