Sunday morning ride
 

Not been riding as much as I wanted the last month
Busy with work and family commitments
Breaking the spell with familiar routes and a friend
Took a 130 km loop to Theewaterskloof dam, currently below 11 % water
We are in a serious drought
Our local reservoir, De Bos dam also below 50 %
But, winter is approaching fast and we will then get some much needed rain
Winter feeling already in the air, quite cold some stages

Fab shots. Spookily enough the N2 is a road that travels from North to South throughout the country I live in and is a route riders from all over come to complete and some then do the reverse route, South to North on the T.E.T. / A.C.T. off road trails. One day I'll put the hammock in the panniers and do it.....when I've shifted some lard off my personal frame.
