found it, i'm looking into this O2 mod. if posible i'll make this myself if i can find the correct values for the electronic component.

'ill also order a 14T front sprocket, just to test, before i buy a complete new set.

I don't mind the surging on my stock bike if you have the right :shsgging: rhythm
You can control it!
If xt steps up a tooth to 46t , sprocket calculator says I will earn

Ratio 3.07
+2.2% torque
-2.2% speed

But it says for 47t
Ratio 3.13
+4.3% torque
-4.3%speed

Really would like to no if anyone put on a 47t as I think this sounds like it would be fun!
But again don't want OVERKILL! :toothy5:

Ive tinkered with the gearing over the years and the only set up that worked for me is stock, what needs sorting is the breathing of the engine all the mods are already on here, unless I do it by mistake I never use first gear, the motor pulls 2nd from a standstill with ease works very well when in use at the traffic light GP.

Somewhere in here is the information your looking for BUT imho it's worth the price buying them off Kev..at the very least you know its gonna work.

The question that everyone needs to ask themselves is your XT just a means to an end and your just passing through or are you going to keep the bike a time because if its the latter its pipes/filters/Power Commander.

If its the former then its still pipes and filters and Kevs mods.

Ive been your route have you tried a PC? Because if you havent then youve no idea what your missing.

Tbh I havent and if I was able to 'try before I buy' then maybe I would be willing to pay out the 250 plus.

I have the money,my pensions not that bad,but I cant justify it.

waynovetten 28-01-18 23:39

Think I paid 50 quid for Kevs fuelling mod new and sold it on here for 30 the PC was secondhand cost me 160 even came with a spare DNA and a pile of other bits it was years ago but the bike still runs like a charm.

I missed a second hand unit on Ebay last week...went for 80...
