Also, is the same place good for front and back chainset (my bike is now 7 years old and I should treat it to a new set) |
Sorry I have no idea where to buy the cush drives..maybe Ebay?..
Tbh I used the inner tube fix. Worked perfectly well on both mine and my mates R. As for chain and sprocket kits..again Ebay or maybe M+P etc..just dont buy cheap stuff . |
I just replaced my Cush drives 21 a set delivered off eBay ( reputable seller) or you can buy OEM 9 each from any bike shop
|
Were the cush drives at 21 oem quality or polyurethane?
|
Oem quality you can get some expensive aftermarket ones . I put them on my 2011 xt660 2 years ago ( bike now sold)but they are so hard I read they were not the best thing to use as remember the Cush drive rubbers is there to cushion and give a small bit but the others were just solid and don’t give .I think mine came from South Africa at a cost of 55 and were blue ,but this time I just used Oem grade Cush drive rubbers. I am happy to replace them every 2000 miles if needed as it’s only a 15 min job. Most will come out the same factory as the Oem ones, out the back door you know how it works in these countries
