Help, Tenere won't run
 

Suggestions needed as to why my Tenere won't start. That's it, it won't start and I've got nothing left to check. There is a spark and I've got fuel. I've tested the injector and it squirts, the fuel pump runs and delivers fuel, there is an error 46 showing, but that's because i've flatened the battery, as a precaution I followed the steps in the manual for that fault and none of them were at fault. It all started when the bike died on the road due to the Fi fuse blowing, this was diagnosed to the harness chafing on the frame and the injector live wire shorting out, that has now been fixed and it just won't start. Help !! I have done everything that I can think of !!
