Fork seals

Advice please. My fork seals have started leaking (quite bad) on my XT660Z.
Does anyone have any links to a thread, videos or a website that might guide me through replacing them?
Is it worth replacing front springs for Ohlin and fitting a V4S valves whilst I've got it apart?
If so, is there a UK seller someone can recommend?

you don't have to take the forks apart to get the seals out...

drain the oil / remove the springs / remove the clips that hold the seals in..

pump them up with air... they will pop out...
usaly 80 to 100 psi dose it...

The Ohlins springs I purchased from Off the Road have transformed the front end of the Tenere. I have the VS4 valves. ..I bought these from Teknik Australia but I don't know of a UK supplier . It's not an 'imagined' improvement. ...it really sharpens up the front end and improves the handling all round. Steve
