MTC can
 

Hi i was after some advice my bike came with standard can on and it also had MTC can so i decided to put it on .
I have givi trekker back box on and the MCTcan is very close do you think it will melt the box or the rear tail tidy ? Also its very loud and i like a loud can after having gsxr with full race system and bandit with micron and they weren't quiet
by any means .i have seen lot of other comments on here about that

The can itself doesn't get too hot. As long as it's not touching the case it'll probably be OK.

The documented problems withe the MTC single can melting OEM top cases was down to the hot gases leaving the can, not heat transfer from the body of the can itself. Just make sure there is nothing in the line of fire of the gases leaving the can.

Can you post a couple of photos showing how close it is and how it's all lined up?
