Hi guys n girls, picked up my XT660r today, it's a 08 model with 19000ks and in great condition. I've up sized from a DRZ400e which I used for trail and enduro however I want to get into adventure riding. This forum has been a great source of info already, today I removed the snorkel and discovered a dial under the seat, I assume this is a Kev mod? It has 2 wires and a probe that goes in near the throttle body. I'd like to work out what it does and how to adjust, hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.
Anyway cheers for adding me to the group and I'll try to post some pics up soon, I'm heading away with Perth adventure riders next weekend for an overnighter so I'll keep you posted.

Hey mate, I'm joining the ride on the 5th but not doing the onighter due to little fellas birthday on the 6th. I'm on a White Tenner so hard to miss, look forward to catching up.
