Mine came with Tourances out of the factory, I had a short (very very short) try with Anakee's, but they were very disappointing, the final straw was being pushed off a grass field due to lack of grip...

I've not tried Siracs, but the TKC70's have a central band, so more rubber when riding upright. the edges have wider treadblocks than the Siracs. My guess is they TKC's will be better in mud, to a point.

Given the time of year, and the impending cold snap, I personally wouldn't go past a 'M&S' (Mud and Snow) marked tyre. I don't know how well the 70's will perform in the extreme weather, but the 80's before them worked very well.

In the end though, tyre choice is very personal. My view is that you cannot put a price on the bike/road interface. It's fine choosing a hard compound if you are riding warm surfaces, but when the surface is below 7c I want to know the grip is still there.

[Normal road tyres, car or bike start to stiffen below 7c, reducing available grip]

my experiences relate to a XTR but hopefully wont be that different.

Tourances - ****e
E07's - very capable tyre so long as the off roading is pretty dry and firm. (used in snow)
E07 rear with TKC80 front - very good combination but the rear will struggle off road before you have major issues on the front.
E09 rear with TKC80 front - best all round combo I have tried so far.
