I hope that nut lying on the ground isn't supposed to be holding anything too important on! ;)

I got a pair from a customer......................for a job well done!
Adventure-spec import them and they were used by Lyndon Poskitt on his Races to Places expedition.
A bit squirmy when new but once had a few hundred miles on them all was well. GHood road tyres and on dry dirt but no better or worse than other tyres.
Took my TKC's off and put these on for the run down to Spain and back, another 1K miles and they are off. No better mileage than TKC's so I'm back to them (TKC's)............'cos the Ten looks good on TKC's and I occasionally like to trail the thing.... and I don't want the embarrassment of not being able to get off a camp site!:angry3:

I think it was about 120 for the pair delivered. Will keep you posted on wear rates. Cheers jo..

I had a short dalliance with Anakee3's, they lasted for a trip to Skye, followed by a trip down to Dent, where I got stuck on a wet grassy field. To say they are the worst tyres I've ever had is an understatement.

Steve & StumpyDave had to push me off the grass.

Yep,I can see the funny side to that!..

Had a ride out the other week before injuring my back, with the new tyres on and opinion so far - brilliant on road and on hard pack chalky sections , loose gravel they squirm and twitch , and wet chalky mud they struggle a bit, just makes it a bit difficult to get the power down. Considering going back too some knoblies and living with the wear rate, but i shall give it a bit more time yet. Besides the knoblies might slow me down on the road a bit!:laughing7:
