Any dealings with Plantec assist
 

So the inevitable happened. An idiot on his mobile smashed in to the back of me (this was about 2 weeks ago) and my bike was picked up by a company called Plantec assist.

They also supplied me with a hire bike and it is all payed for by my insurance as far as I understand (I hope). The bike they supplied me with though is not really my cup o' tea - cbf1000 and I went online to see if they list the bikes they have so I can give them a call and get it changed to something more fun.

What I found instead was people complaining about this company for various different reasons. So I would like to know if any of you had to deal with them previously and what was you experience with this company.

Should I be worried and get my bike out of there or just leave them to get my bike sorted? I'm not sure what to do because in one hand they are a very large company used by most insurance companies so they can't be that bad, can they? on the other hand they have a lot of complaints and no good reviews, but I also know people like complaining so that is usually what you get online. :icon_scratch:
