Pack them up and send e'm back and take the financial hit and put it down to experience,I've no idea how old you are or how long you have been biking but if this is your first taste of such it most certainly won't be your last at some time or other we have all been there I keep things hanging on the garage wall just to remind me that all that glitters ain't gold.

On a more basic outlook you buy pipes and exhaust's from people who make them not from folk who sell e'm and why I always treat Wunderlich with great suspicion because they don't actually make anything either.

They look like they've been assembled by a week 2 apprentice!! I showed these to my dad (he server his time building rockets), he wasn't very complimentary, mentioned something about having tidier toilet deposits....

I'm not sure it will. I've rejected products from Germany before, and they have always sent me a returns label and picked up the carrier costs. I suspect Germany has improved distance buyer protection.

Contact them, tell them you aren't happy at all with the product, workmanship or performance claims (use Petes very thorough explanation). Tell them you want them to pay for a return and you want a full refund including postage.

However, I have always form OTR good to deal with, but I am in a minority and there are many on here who wouldn't advocate buying from them. Be prepared for a bit of a scrap over your . Stand your ground and see what you can get from them

Has OTR responded? Was looking at getting a OTR 2into 1 system.

ORT 2in1 + touratech pannier rack

Hi All,

just bought a 2013 XTR and one of the modification I will do is also the 2in1 OTR exhaust system. I have read some bad reviews here, unfortunately only after I placed and paid the order, though it has been 2 years since then so I hope things have improved.

My main question in the size of the muffer. I wanna get the touratech pannier rack and mouth my mosko backcountry panniers and was wondering, if the size of the muffer will not come in the way of the rack. Or is it the same size as the original muffer?

Many thanks!
Vlad
