Help speedo miles to km/h
 

Help, I'm due to leave for eurotunnel in a few hours and not sure to change my speedo from miles to km. Must the engine be running when you hold down the select button? How long must you hold it for until it changes? Do you have to hold the select button before you switch on the ignition and or start the engine. Please help a desperate man.

Turn the key to the off position, hold down both select and reset buttons simultaneously whilst turning the ignition back on. You should then be able to select Km/h setting.

Turn key off
Hold both buttons
Turn key on
Display flashes
Release buttons

Don't hold them for too long or it will reset all your trips

You guys are the best. It was with great concern that I did what you said when my bike stopped on the train, not wanting to contemplate what I would do if it didn't work. Hold the 2 buttons down switch on and as by magic km/h. Made my venture into France much easier, not something I could say about my satnav that stopped charging half way through. Thousand thank you's again.
