Connector part number?

Can anyone identify this connector?
It is under the seat, behind the fusebox, and leads to the numberplate light.

I'm pretty sure it's the same connector as the spare power supply behind the headlight (just a different colour).

I'm trying to find a manufacturer/part number so I can get another one to connect my GPS power supply.

It is the feed to the tail light and number plate light. The red/blue wire is the sidelight circuit as is the spare connector behind the dash.

Not sure about the connector type? Most (but not all) on the Z are made by Hitachi. You may as well just fit a Scotchlok, or better still strip some insulation back and solder a spur in to provide a feed for accessories. This is what I (and many others have done).

Thanks Pleiades,

I'm pretty sure it's a Sumitomo HM 090 series unsealed connector.
I'd like to get an extra male connector (on the left of my pic), which should plug straight into this connector behind the headlight (which is wired to the parking light circuit).

Now the only question is, where to get one?

I think everyone would get one if they could. I gave up and just chopped the connector off and put my own on!

I visited two car breaker yards, until someone spotted one on a wiring loom, cut it off and gave it to me.

No idea what the connector is called, but it now powers my USB outlet.

Look at my post in this thread: http://www.xt660.com/showthread.php?t=19121

It's an austrian company which can supply the parts you need.
The link to the catalog page: http://www.xmas1.at/xneu/KATALOG/200...ch=%2219590%22
It is the connector. I have the same connected to my Z.
