cheap pannier frames
 

Was given these old BMW pannier frames that were being skipped. Held them up to the Tenere and all but the lower stay line up!! Cut and weld lower stay, a tenner to a friend to shot blast and powder coat...that's the plan. Using 'man maths ' the money saved here can be just ably spent on other 'essentials ' for the Ten! Just did something similar!! Was looking at buying Givi pannier frames for my XTZ (already have Givi panniers) - came across some not very old ones from my written off 600 Transalp and thought it worth a try.... fitted perfectly bar the piece that goes behind the number plate, so just cut those bits off for now and will make up a new brace, but they are fine without it anyway. Saved myself around �120 so well pleased!
