I use the organic non-sintered carbon TT EBC pads on the rear. Personally I prefer them to sintered pads as you get a a little more feel and a softer bite. Don't last as long as sintered, but they're easier on the discs.

I do use sintered up front. After having tried EBC, Lucas and Brembo, I've found the Brembos last the longest and feel the best.

However, it's all personal choice and depends on the conditions, your riding style and what sort of feel/balance you prefer. Much like tyres, the only way to find out what suits you is to try a few combinations and see what you prefer.

Good advice there..I think I shall try a different type next time just to feel the difference...

Rear pads

Ive just fitted another set of EBC pads in the rear (3rd set of pads in 2 years with 11000 miles on the clock.)
I find i use the rear brake a lot when filtering through traffic ( instead of the front end diving when using the front brake.)
Ive just had all three calipers off tonight and found them all covered in crap and muck and noticed that the calipers always seem to seize up on the floating pins even though they are greased properly.
If the caliper isnt floating properly the pads wear unevenly.
