xtx breaking down when accelerating when warm? HELP PLEASE!

I have a xtx thats "stuttering" badly on acceleration when its hot.
Its been sitting for a few months, I just added a 3/4 tank of fresh 98 octane fuel (highest available here).
I'll ride up the road and it will be fine for about 2 kms or so but then when i twist the throttle it starts cutting out momentarily. it revs fine when standing with no breaking down ay all.

Ive tried changing the plug,
even changed the coil,
and cleaned the air filter.

I checked the fault codes and in part 2 (61) error code memory log reads "30"
(62) number of error codes in memory reads "2"

what do you guys think? a bad connector plug somewhere or a bad ground wire?
how about a blocked fuel filter sock in the tank?
or a dirty injector?

I think the bikes a 2004 and it has a power commander fitted, with only 28,000kms on it...

any help would be most appreciated! Im stuck here!

You may check the wiring of the temperature sensor towards the ECU.
(ohm meter)
