Newbury to Wales
 

Hi all I'm Newbie Jac. Plan to ride the scenic route North on Friday (turn off Birmingham and then through Snowdonia) on my Ten. Bought it from North Wales, so I should blend right in. Anyone like to join me on the Friday.
PS I'm a south african, but have now lived 18 years in Newbury.

Hi Jac. I'm going up on Friday, but obviously coming from a completely different direction. I'd more than happy to arrange a rendezvous point somewhere near the Welsh border if you wanted some company on the ride in?

Sounds good to me. I'll be leaving Newbury Friday morning, so get to Welsh border round lunch time sometime. Then for the really great ride through the mountains. Yippee.

Bought my Tenere from a bloke in North Wales 2 years ago. So in a way its like going home for my bike.

I'll ride up with anyone.


Route maybe Oxford A40 to Gloucester and then up through Wales.
Not sure yet but heading off early Friday morning.
