       MT-09 Tracer

Not sure if anyone has seen this one.
http://www.yamaha-motor.eu/eu/produc...turestechspecs It has a great motor, I have a MT-09 as well sitting next to my 1290 & have already been doing Dyno work on this motor with great results, also have a MT09 O2 controller ready & working for the MT-09. http://i201.photobucket.com/albums/a...psa47e2e16.jpg http://i201.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps3e4322b7.jpg |

Tracer looks nice I would actually consider it for my next bike tho I wanted the Super Tenere but it's a little to wide to fit round the side of the house lol

really want a go on the mt09 and mt07. they look and feel like great wee bikes when I've sat on them in the shops. only think I can see is they are just that bit too small and I love my tenere too much to get rid!!!

The MT's motor is unreal for it's size, it has so much torque really fun to ride, the suspension is ****. I will be doing many mods to mine.

I'm planning to go on a testride on one of those new MTs tomorrow. engine performance sounds good. lots of torque is definitely a plus. i'm also a little concerned regarding the frame size. Kev seems to handle it well though and he's a big guy.

       Off-topic

Mildly off-topic, but I had been hoping to see an MT-07 powered replacement to the Tenere at the Milan show last week. Nothing except for the Honda prototype Africa Twin, but I reckon Yamaha will get to it sooner or later (hopefully).

My dealer was saying something was in the works and that they had tried out the MT-07 engine in a XT frame Ya never know till it's made
