Silly question
 
Can you answer it?

My bike feels a lot faster when the sun has gone down is it me is it the lack of light or is it the air? Rather confused lol :(

Of course it feels faster cool air compresses better hence the motor produces more HP.

Ive heard that in the evening and night the level of moisture increase and could possibly make the engine combust more efficent...

Sounds realistic to me

Yep completly correct the colder the air the denser it is and contains more oxygen per particle . Hence why they go so well in the rain

Ok so how can i make my bike stay like that do i turn up the kev mod? Or would this bw dangerous its set at 6 oclock with stage 1&2dna and no snorkel think i shall go for a ride when the sun sets :D

you cant it to do with how much oxygen there is in the atnsophere per partical of fuel this is what such things as intercoolers are designed for on turbo vehicles the cooler the air the better it is
